... does it count as schadenfreude, or something else, to thank God that I'm single when a friend goes through a really bad breakup?

Allison said...: umm... if its Gods will for you to be single at this point in your life, then yea... praise God for being in his will.... especially if its pleasing seeing all the stupid stuff you could be going through if you werent in his will and knowing that you are obeying. Even though that may sound kinda bad like youre saying that your friends life sucks, and stuff... that very well could be part of Gods will for him/her, and they should also praise God for it, in that they will probably grow from it.
