... that my archives just grew by about 1000%.
I imported all the material (with a few exceptions -- the food stuff and a few irrelevancies and housekeeping details) from It's A Blog over here to A Wilderness Life. It's A Blog's days are numbered... it's the end of an era, y'all. I blogged there for almost four years!
If you're new (or newish), have a dig around the old material if you like. It'll be easier to search once I get my tags all set up.

sooo... your little tag line totally made me think of the Always-attached-to-a-dirty-Subaru-with-ski-rack-and-"native"-license-plate/John Kerry '04/Obama '08/Namaste/ski-resort-logo-sticker, bumper-sticker catch phrase "Not all who wander are lost." Which in turn led me to look up and post as my Facebook status (irony alert!) the entire "Riddle of Strider," which follows:
All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost.
From the ashes a fire shall be woken,
A light from the shadows shall spring;
Renewed shall be blade that was broken,
The crownless again shall be king.
I LOVE the middle four lines, and am strongly considering using them in a song...
on a related, yet unrelated note:
I would LOVE to get a junky old American-made SUV and put a "Not all who wander are lost" sticker right next to some NRA "Gun control means never having to say I Missed You," Obummer, and Rush Limbaugh bumper stickers, just to mess with the Hippies...
Haha... there are some of those in Louisville, that make me laugh a bunch. People with ear x-tacy (indie record store) and "Keep Louisville Weird" and "Vegan" and "I farm, you eat" bumper stickers, who also have Ichthus decals and those "Abortion stops a beating heart" ones and... well, let's be honest, Sojourn stickers. ;)
